Terms of Service

The service

Meridian Strategy runs a guided, conversational AI Readiness Audit powered by Anthropic’s Claude, which produces a personalized diagnostic report, and — separately — designs and builds AI workflows under its own written agreement. These terms cover the audit and report; a build or retainer engagement is governed by the separate statement of work you sign for it.

Your account

You sign in with Google or LinkedIn. You’re responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for the information you provide being accurate. Don’t use the service on behalf of someone else without their authority.

Purchases and payment

The audit is a paid product; the current price is shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card details go to Stripe, not to us. When your payment succeeds you receive one audit and the report it generates. Reviewed tiers add a consultant’s review and debrief as described at purchase. Prices may change, but the price you paid is the price for that purchase.

Refunds

If something fails on our end and we can’t deliver your report, we’ll refund you in full — just email us. Because each report is generated specifically for you, we don’t offer refunds once your report has been delivered, except where the law requires it. If a consultant review you paid for hasn’t happened yet, that portion is refundable.

What the report is — and isn't

The report is a diagnostic and a set of recommendations based on what you tell us in the audit. It is professional guidance, not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it isn’t a guarantee of any particular business outcome. The decisions you make from it are yours. Its quality depends on the candor and detail of your answers — a thin audit produces a thin report.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to submit content you don't have the right to share;
• attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce our system prompts, prompt architecture, or models — this is the core of what makes the product ours;
• attempt to manipulate the audit through prompt injection or similar techniques, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service;
• resell or redistribute the service or its outputs as your own product.

Intellectual property

You own the information you put into the audit. We own the platform, the method, the prompt architecture, and the models’ configuration behind it. When we deliver your report, you receive a perpetual license to use it for your own business — internally, with your advisors, and to guide your own decisions. We may use anonymized, aggregate learnings to improve the product, but we won’t publish your identifiable information without your permission.

Confidentiality

We treat what you share in the audit — your numbers, processes, and competitive positioning — as confidential, and we handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we don’t warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what these terms describe.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Meridian Strategy’s total liability for any claim arising out of the audit or report is limited to the amount you paid for it. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses — for example, business decisions made in reliance on the report.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date at the top and, for material changes, tell existing customers directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
