What a workflow build costs

Most workflow builds land between $12,000 and $40,000 — priced against the value we prove in scoping, never below $12,000. You get a working product that fixes a real problem at a measurable price — not hopes, and not a money pit of open-ended iterations.

Why those numbers hold: the price is a share of the first-year value the audit proves — roughly 10% when the build reuses a pattern from our catalog, toward 20% when it’s genuinely custom. Below about $60,000 of proven value, the $12,000 project minimum governs. The formula is in the open because the transparency is the pitch.

Founding clients

Our first three builds are $7,500 — $12,000 scope, discounted in exchange for a written case study with the real before/after numbers, a reference call, and permission to publish them. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

Why not just use ChatGPT?
Ask a generic chatbot what your slow quotes or re-keyed orders cost you — it can’t know. Finding that number is the audit’s entire job: it interviews you about your operation, captures your real baselines, and prices every opportunity from what you actually said. The difference is easier to see than to explain — read the sample report; every figure in it traces back to the conversation.
Is my data safe?
Your conversation is used only to generate your report. We don’t sell it, we don’t train models on it, and we keep personal details out of our logs. You can ask us to delete everything, any time. The details are in our privacy policy.
What if something goes wrong?
If something fails on our end and we can’t deliver your report, we’ll refund you in full — just email us. Because each report is generated specifically for you, we don’t refund a delivered report except where the law requires it; an unused consultant review is always refundable. See our terms.
